Green Health Hotel Legionnaire Safety Plus (GHH Plus)
The GHH Plus certification recognises hotels that meet enhanced standards in health and environmental management, as well as the prevention and control of Legionella bacteria.
Adding to this achievement, Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa by Tolani has been selected as a model GHH Plus hotel in Phuket Province.

At The Sea Koh Samui, we are refreshing our beachfront spaces to create an even more enjoyable setting for your next stay.
Throughout October and November 2026, our Beachfront Bar and Beachfront Restaurant will undergo phased improvements, with temporary arrangements in place to ensure that services continue as usual.

During this period, our bar service will continue from a temporary location within the resort, allowing you to enjoy your favourite drinks throughout your stay.
Beachfront Restaurant | 1–30 November 2026
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will continue to be served at our On-the-Beach Dining Area, offering a relaxed beachfront setting with beautiful views of the sea.
Renovation Hours
Renovation works will take place daily from 10:00–18:00. Our team will carefully manage the process and take every measure to minimize any disturbance and ensure your stay remains comfortable.
The resort remains open as usual, with all essential services continuing throughout the improvement period.

The CF-Hotels (Carbon Footprint Hotels) platform was developed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand to help hotels and accommodation businesses collect and assess environmental data, including energy and water consumption, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions. The information can be used to better understand a property’s environmental impact and identify opportunities for more efficient resource management.

The programme assesses participating establishments across key areas including general safety measures, secure payment practices, foreign-language communication, and safe access and connectivity.

STGs STAR: A Commitment to Sustainable Tourism
The STGs STAR (Sustainable Tourism Acceleration Rating) is a sustainability initiative developed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand to encourage tourism businesses to adopt responsible and sustainable practices.
The framework is based on Thailand’s 17 Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs), which are adapted to the country’s tourism context and cover four key dimensions: good governance, socio-economic development, cultural preservation, and environmental responsibility.
